Nice and cozy stay Need to review the lighting arrangements a bit low , Rest was excellent , May plan to revisit

Very comfortable stay. staffs so pleasant. And helpful. Room's are very neat and clean....next time if I had a meeting in kochi am sure book the same hotel..

Property was in a pretty good location. Food was awesome and the services and amenities were top notch. I would love to go in there again.

Room was full of mosquitoes nd flush was not working. There is no availability of food after 10;30 pm

In the room switches are not properly working. So many mosquitoes in the room. Room services okay but food average

Maintenance is not up to the mark. A lot of renovations & improvement works are to be carried out since they are claiming 4-star. Now i can say only a 2 star.

It was a very bad experience for me. Ac was not working properly, bed sheets are smelling and very noisy surrounding, i can't even sleep properly because of the sounds from out side.

We are not satisfied because food is not good and we are unable to sleep as some construction work was happening there.

It was a terrible experience. There was some renovation work happening in the hotel which started at 5 AM in the morning. We couldn’t sleep at all. Not recommended.

No gym or swimming pool facility as advertised, room was ok, food was fine to an extent but outside food was restricted, main business is the 3 bars attached to the hotel. Overall an average stay

Location and rooms are good but some of the reception staff behaviour is very bad. We experienced lack of hospitality disrespect and insulting from two ladies staff from the reception. Please don’t underestimate guest because not all couples coming there for other play as you might think. Decent couples may to come so don’t look everyone with that ugly and suspicious eye.

The hotel was so bad with the basic facility it’s mentioned as 4 star hotel but i felt it was not up to mark. Refrigerator was not working, switch was falling places the flush at washing room was old style which is very weird at 2024 which is not at all comfortable. I have to ask to change the room due to the sound noise due to the construction near to the hotel.
