Amazing service, loved the property and location

Amazing stay, awesome location, loved the variety of food

Even though the service and staff behaviour was upto the mark, our stay was not. The tv in our room was not working, we were not informed that swimming pool is not accessible and the breakfast was not good either. The hotel has increased its prices but the services are still the same or gotten worse.

Rooms have balconies which is the only good things. Staff is good but rooms were not clean enough and it's not worth the price probably at lower rate it could have been fine.

Checked in the room. No light. Called maintenance they said it might have got tripped. Not worth 3k for a night

Nice stay, food, location.

The property is beautiful but the maintenance is terrible. Nothing in our room was working properly from the TV to AC and even the shower was bad. Had to keep calling the hotel staff time and again for help. The door knobs were broken, walls were not repainted and even the curtains did not have a fresh look. It's a beautiful property but however is in-charge of maintaining it, is doing a terrible job.

Design and facilities are very good but experience is let down by poor maintenance. Also during my visit a event was happening along the pool. Totally stole our pool experience and was confined to room at all time

I have stayed in Oodles before also and this is my 5-6th stay at hotel. Except few maintenance issues everything else is nice.

I loved this hotel. Food are also so good.

The Hotel was too dirty. It was nothing like picture. It was actually horrible.

Very comfortable stay good food

I just wondered how just this property is poorly managed. Everything like bed sheets and towels were dirty, bathroom was in worst condition or I can say everything was in bad shape. The over all hotels designed so well but due to lack of maintenance and poor service this makes your stay unworthy.
