Even though the service and staff behaviour was upto the mark, our stay was not. The tv in our room was not working, we were not informed that swimming pool is not accessible and the breakfast was not good either. The hotel has increased its prices but the services are still the same or gotten worse.

Terrible maintenance

coupleThe property is beautiful but the maintenance is terrible. Nothing in our room was working properly from the TV to AC and even the shower was bad. Had to keep calling the hotel staff time and again for help. The door knobs were broken, walls were not repainted and even the curtains did not have a fresh look. It's a beautiful property but however is in-charge of maintaining it, is doing a terrible job.

I just wondered how just this property is poorly managed. Everything like bed sheets and towels were dirty, bathroom was in worst condition or I can say everything was in bad shape. The over all hotels designed so well but due to lack of maintenance and poor service this makes your stay unworthy.
