the property was not like the photos. the ac was not working properly, the bedsheets were not clean, there were no towels in the room, no phone to contact the reception, I had to go to the reception for any help. overall not a very good stay

Very bad experience, AÇ not working, no staff available to open the room, local quality of water bottle, no renovation has been done in the room, too much disturbance by the staff. Overall very bad experience, I’ll not recommend to anyone for this hotel .

Room was not clean and bedsheets had stains and even pubic hair,they gave me another room and still the same .Was told that they will change the linen at 4 pm as I had requested to two people but still the same and no one came to change the linen.Bathroom sink wont drain so if u brush teeth or wash ur face,expect a flooding

The hotel didn't give anything on time, towel was never available for us, we were 2 people staying and everyday they only used to give 1 towel, after calling the reception thrice they used to provide 1 towel the shower was not working, hot water was only available till 11 am? which was never informed to us. Had the worst experience ever staying in an fab hotel

Om g this is the horrific place i have visited. Nothing was organised when i saw the room it was so untidy as no one has cleaned the room for a month after this in the room there were no water bottle and when i asked them for towel after 2times they have send me one that too was so unhygienic and dirty i thought it's a mop. The service is terrific and the pics that they shown and in actual it's not the same. Please improve your services otherwise you'll lose your customer.
