A Serene and Luxurious Escape at Mindescapes Club, Ooty
My stay at Mindescapes Club, Ooty was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the serene surroundings, lush greenery, and breathtaking valley views. The property is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained the rooms are modern, spacious, and open up to the most calming views imaginable. The staff truly made my stay special; each person I interacted with was warm, courteous, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring every guest felt cared for. Their hospitality and attention to detail really stood out. The food was another highlight fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The whole atmosphere exudes peace and luxury, making it a perfect escape from the chaos of daily life. The only thing that felt slightly off was on the last day during checkout I was informed that there had been a GST revision, and since had refunded the difference to me directly, I needed to pay that revised amount at the hotel before leaving. It wasn’t a big issue, but I wish this had been communicated earlier to avoid last-minute confusion. Other than that small hiccup, everything about my stay was absolutely wonderful. Mindescapes Club truly lives up to its name — it’s a mind escape in every sense! I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ooty who’s looking for a peaceful, elegant, and rejuvenating experience.

extraordinary stay with breathtaking scenic views
We stayed in azure room. Extraordinary room with so many amenities. The room was very clean. Everything was Alexa controlled including the curtains. The views from the garden were extraordinary. Surrounded by tea estates. Food was good. The receptionist was very polite and friendly.

Outstanding Assistance After Our Accident – Truly Grateful!
We had a wonderful time at this property, thanks to the exceptional support from the manager Siddharth Gopal and his team. Before reaching the hotel, our car unfortunately met with an accident involving a bison and was damaged. Siddharth and his team went above and beyond to help us — from covering our broken window with plastic, arranging a quick check-in so our daughter could rest Their care, empathy, and professionalism truly stood out. A big 15/10 for Siddharth and his outstanding service! Highly recommend this property for their hospitality and human touch.

Wonderful Experience
Resort is at hill top which makes it more special, awesome view outside. Extremely happy with their hospitality and service. If you are planning to visit Ooty, and wanna a great view as well as near to city. This is the best option. Must consider.

Perfect for honeymoon
Staying at Mindescapes was an amazing experience. Please expect premium service and room facilities. Their hospitality and the room location/view was fantastic. I truly enjoyed my experience. Rooms were clean and modern. View was worth the money. Restaurant is expensive but it gives a rich and satisfying experience.

The location is superb with the valley view. Beautiful garden & landscapes. Best place to eat, super tasty food & breakfast but slightly expensive. Try their mutton roganjosh & brownie with icecream. Great hospitality. Room size is too good with a large balcony with breathtaking view.

My recent stay at in Ooty was truly refreshing! The hotel's scenic views of the Nilgiris were breathtaking, and the warm hospitality made us feel right at home. I had a wonderful stay at Mindescape Club, The location was fabulous, i stayed in lavender room, the room was spacious, clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a balcony with great view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they made my stay comfortable, The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting ooty..
