I recently stayed at this property and had an overall premium experience. The location is excellent, offering stunning views right from the room — sunrise and sunset felt truly magical. The room was clean and well-maintained, with good hygiene standards. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, adding to the comfort of the stay. Accessibility to nearby areas was convenient, and the Alexa-controlled smart room features were a nice modern touch. There were minor disturbances during the day due to some nearby construction noise and the presence of pigeons, but they didn’t significantly affect the overall tranquility. While the breakfast could use some improvement in variety and quality, the serene ambiance, excellent service, and beautiful location more than made up for it. This MindEscapes Club checks all the boxes for a calm and relaxed stay — highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in comfort

The property was good, the room was spacious and aesthetic. One could also look at the breathtaking views of the valleys from the balcony of the room offering a mountain view. Having said that, the food at their restaurant was way too pricy and not that delicious. They really need to improve on their food given the exorbitant prices attached to all their dishes without any exception. Overall, it was a short and comfortable stay at Mindescapes!!

The Best Hotel I Ever Stayed. Staffs Were Soo Friendly. Food Is Expensive But After Tasting The Food It Was Like Worth The Amount. Especially Should Try Their Chicken Al A Kiev And Korean Chicken. Stay Was Wonderful With Breathtaking View. It Is Out From City Noise And Pollution. Rooms Are Large And Really Soo Comfortable. Good Parking Spaces. Must Visit Place For Couples. Our Stay For 2 Nights Were Soo Relaxing.

I had a wonderful stay at Mindescape Club, The location was fabulous, i stayed in lavender room, the room was spacious, clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a balcony with great view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they made my stay comfortable, The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this MindEscapes Club to anyone visiting ooty..

MindEdcape location is really excellent. On top of a hill , surrounded by tea estates and away from hustle bustle of Ooty town . Facility is very well developed , on quite some hight and giving a panoramic view. Landscaping is also quite appt . Restaurant has very nice view of vast green tea estates .Menu is well curated and prepared . Staff is well mannered and helpful. Over all the stay was quite memorable.

Property is located in good location, room were so clean, people are so responsible and food were bit expensive but great tasty. Liquor were moderate cost. Must visit resort. worthy for cost.

Everything about the property was Excellent. The room was one of the best I have visited so far. It was equals to The Oberoi if not less. The view was amazing!!!
