They write 24 hours room service but nothing is available after 10:30 pm,the geyser was not working,they said pick up is available(paid) from the base of vaishno devi but when we called they gave some lame excuses....too many power cuts in hotel

Rooms are not maintained properly. The heaters do not work. You literally have to call room service for changing ac temperature or turning on the ac. The staff is rude. I suggest get better room and better service for the same price and save your money.

Horrible experience with this hotel .The reason behind this are as follows . 1) Very unhygienic, spiders ,insects and room and bathroom . 2) when compliant about is ,the reply was I am night manager ,my shift is over . 3) Very dirty tea catle when ask for tea and cup was also dirty . 4) No proper staff to attend you and room was full with spiders meshes . Hence I am very disappointed with hotel as it was my worst experience ever

Nice staff and manager. Family room are very good but A C not working properly. Restaurant meals nice and tasty. Drop facilities to katra or Banganga or Katra station excellent. Overall very good 4/5.

Thanks for the comfortable stay! The location was convenient, and the facilities were quite good. The food was also decent. However, hygiene could be improved, as there were quite a few mosquitoes during my stay. Overall, a pleasant experience!

the rooms are very dirty . the water taps shower n fittings are in the worst possible condition that u can ever imagine . The staff is as cold n impolite n non understanding as u can ever meet
