On June 24, my girlfriend and I were watching TV at a normal volume when the doorbell rang once. She opened it — and was immediately interrogated and spoken to rudely by two men: (front office) and (security). They shouted, “Why didn’t you open the door? How many times must we knock?” — with zero professionalism, no courtesy, no call beforehand.
But the moment I walked up, their tone changed instantly — apologetic, defensive, full of excuses. This was blatant gender bias and intimidation. No hotel should tolerate staff who behave like this.
Earlier that evening, my girlfriend was told even regular water was chargeable — when I called, I was told otherwise. So not just aggression, but also double standards and inconsistency.
I expect immediate action, a formal apology, and confirmation of disciplinary steps.
