Good Stay
The cleanliness of the room as well as the property was on point . The staff members were really helpful and they were all courteous. Although we stayed only for a day so couldn’t really spend time in your hotel Hope to visit soon for a longer period 😇

It’s a good property to stay. Staff behaviours are good. Food is good with some limitations. There’s a scope of improvement in the breakfast spread. Non- veg segments mainly. Rest a perfect place to stay.

Excellent experience
The stay was excellent. Food was excellent and so was the rooftop dining. We had east facing room and could see the sunrise too. The staff are very cordial and behavior was top notch. Check-in and check-out process was hassles free. This was my second time at this hotel and both times the feeling was the same - stay and service, just excellent.

Excellent Stay
Lemon Tree Hotel Siliguri is located at Prime place and approach to the hotel is very easy. The staff is well mannered and takes care of every move of their guests. Staf behaviour
I am very disappointed with the service this time. I had requested an early check-in and even called the hotel beforehand, where i was assured by the staff over the call that it would be provided . However, on reaching, I was denied and made to wait for more than an hour in wet clothes as it was raining heavily. Sitting in such a condition was extremely uncomfortable and left me with a very bad experience.

Terrible Stay
On June 24, my girlfriend and I were watching TV at a normal volume when the doorbell rang once. She opened it — and was immediately interrogated and spoken to rudely by two men: (front office) and (security). They shouted, “Why didn’t you open the door? How many times must we knock?” — with zero professionalism, no courtesy, no call beforehand. But the moment I walked up, their tone changed instantly — apologetic, defensive, full of excuses. This was blatant gender bias and intimidation. No hotel should tolerate staff who behave like this. Earlier that evening, my girlfriend was told even regular water was chargeable — when I called, I was told otherwise. So not just aggression, but also double standards and inconsistency. I expect immediate action, a formal apology, and confirmation of disciplinary steps.
