The property is brand new with extremely polite staff. Very close to the Bagdogra Airport. The food (breakfast as well as Alacarte menu) has many options and is extremely delicious.

Excellent Stay
The rooms were modern spacious and clean ! The bed was comfortable and everything was great! The staff were courteous and helpful. The chef customised the food basis my father’s health needs and I really appreciated that. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were also amazing. Overall I was impressed. The proximity to the airport was a plus point . I recommend this hotel highly for a comfortable clean and stress free stay :)

Excellent Stay
the experience in this hotel was really good, infact it was more than what I expected it to be, rooms were really clean, and tidy, hospitality was very good and quick, the only problem is its a little far from the city but if we look on the other hand it's away from the daily hustle and bustle situated away from city noise and that's a +point. Overall, had a great experience and would love to visit again

Average stay but nice service.
No rooms in this hotel has balcony. Smoking is not allowed inside room. Service and food is good. Complimentary breakfast was fab. Hotel is still waiting for its liquor license but they allow outside drinks. Staff behavior was nice.

Excellent Stay
It was our first stay at this property and we were amazed to experience the facilities. Property is very spacious and beautiful. Room is new and very finely decorated. Nothing is dirty or unhygienic. Hospitality is upto the mark. Breakfast is like a five star. Only demerit is the entrance road and they dont have bar yet.

Location was near the airport good for transit it’s good hotel near the airport the room was need and tidy the staff was cordial but there is no bar or drinks available which is sad .over all it’s good new hotel which need improvement for over all satisfaction

Excellent Stay
It is a very beautiful property I really like the ambience and the colour combination right from the rooms, tiles, flooring, and the furniture they really compliment each other really well. The room was spotlessly clean and everything was just so perfect. The employees are very polite and always have a smiling face. Ajay the Executive Housekeeper ensures we are well taken care of during our stay and very friendly. Adita from The Restaurant has a very genuine and beautiful smile making us feel very welcomed. Lastly all thanks to Sevika and David who have recommended this hotel to us and let me experience this unforgettable stay. Looking forward to come back and stay in this beautiful property

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. They serve good food at the restaurant. They saw my 6 year old son and prepared food that he would like.
