The property was extremely beautiful. The location was also easy to locate. The food was no doubt tasty. Facilities were amazing. The staff was very calm and polite.

Very poor behavior and mentality of the hotel staff. They completely lack basic manners and respect, especially towards women. Such behavior is totally unacceptable. I am a regular customer of MakeMyTrip, but I’m shocked that you keep hotels like The Grand Casa in your list — a place where women are not treated with dignity. I will never book through your app again.

The linen (towels and sheets had foul smell). When asked to replace, they sprayed with perfume and retuned the same.

Really had a great experience and the staff were very cooperative although the hotel was in a alienated location or else everything else were top notch.

Terrible experience. I booked a deluxe room with all services included and paid in advance. At checkout, I was suddenly charged extra for “room service” (which was never provided) and for expired food items that were kept in the room. I couldn’t even argue as I was in a hurry with my driver waiting outside. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

I have been to hundreds of hotels from basic to 7 star in past few years but this hotel, The Grand Casa just blew me away. What a hotel! What a hospitality! Can't describe in mere words but still if I had to say something, I would tell everything about this property is great. Staffs are friendly yet courteous , The food and beverages are yummy and delicious. Premises, Pool, Lobby , Play room everything you see is clean and well maintained. And the cherry on the top is the price range! Trust me friends for me it seemed a seven star property though in the original it's 4 star. Thank you team Grand Casa for making our stay so memorable.

The hotel is vey beautiful. Very neat and clean. Staffs are courteous. Well maintained swimming pool. Only issue is the location. Good value for the money. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and good designed for comfort. Every staff member always greeting us with a smile. The food was delicious, the ambiance ,and Truly a home away from home — highly recommended for anyone seeking both comfort and quality!
