I had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The staff were very polite and helpful. Food quality was good and all facilities were working perfectly. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay. 👍

Room was not cleaned and was smoking smell in the room , the food was average but the room service was not upto the mark. The coffee served in the room was not hot

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Hiland. The room was spacious and well-furnished. All 5-star amenities were available in the room. The breakfast buffet was lavish and adequate. Right from the moment I checked in until I checked, the hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. The only room for improvement is the wifi signal inside the room was very weak. Overall very comfortable stay and I would certainly recommend this hotel for a stay in stay in Siliguri.

This property has a easy access and centrally located. Rooms are generously spacious and well maintained. Breakfast spread is sumptuous and tasteful. Staff behaviour is cordial and responsive

The property is very well located and well maintained. The rooms are very beautifully furnished and are very cosy . The food (both veg and non-veg) items which are very resonablely priced are prepared with care and are excellent in taste. The staffs associated with the hotel which includes the front desk, waiters, housekeeping etc are very helpful and courteous and they make you feel safe and secured. I stayed with my family and was extremely satisfied.

1. I asked front office to remove mini bar from my room as it’ take longer time to checkout. And I’d very early morning flight. Before this time in August while I was checking out I called front office that I’ll check out please send someone to check my minibar. They didn’t send while I go to reception at that time the front office person send and for that I was getting late for my flight.2. I called house keeping to send bottle of water and they didn’t send.3. Has water logging issues in shower chamber.

Nice property, good and well behaved staff. Food is very nice and at a suitable price. Well there is no complimentary mineral water bottle provided

The room size was excellent and very spacious. The amenities provided were also quite good, making the stay comfortable. Parking is conveniently available, which is a big plus. The location is another highlight—right on Sevoke Road, in the heart of the marketplace, making it very easy to access everything nearby.

The best thing was room service, they were very fast in everything Food within 10-15 minutes If you require anything a person will attain you within 2 minutes Laundry service is excellent (the way they pack your clothes and present you is different from other hotels)

I stayed for two days with my entire family .I had a wonderful stay all the staff were very humble and welcoming.Actually I had planned for just one day reviewing but I continued for next day also as I found everything very welcoming.
