Food is good ...location ok.. facilities good but maybe staff strength is less bcoxe while checking in...we were just handed over the key by the reception....and we have to go to the first floor 401 by ourselves @ we have to search our room by ourselves @ we have to carry out luggage bags by ourselves as the tall reception lady was completely silent and unresponsive...but overall it is quite good and other servicing staff of hotel is very good without question

A must avoid place if you are staying for night in Bagdogr
The place is showing it's age and maintenance is not catching up. We were allocated three superior rooms which is anything but superior and not at all value for money. We found the rooms smelly and full of bugs. If you are looking for night stay at Bagdogra or Siluguri look else where.

Poor Stay
The airconditioner of the room doesn't work properly. The power cut is very frequent with disrupted electricity. Not worth the money.

Poor Stay
The hotel was nothing like the pictures. Despite knowing two adults were checking in, all the amenities were arranged for just one. There was no staff at the lobby to guide us to the room, and the so-called ‘complimentary breakfast’ turned out to be charged after they initially claimed it was free.

Worst dirty and pathetic hotel in siliguri. Not even worth rs 1000. It was my worst decision to book this hotel. Which i will regret for years.

Average Stay
The hotel is in a great location with easy access to transport, which made getting around very convenient. However, a few aspects of the service were disappointing. We were supposed to be welcomed with a drink on arrival, but it wasn’t offered until we asked for it, which wasn’t the best first impression. Additionally, we had a guaranteed early check-in, but that promise wasn’t honored, which was frustrating. The service near the swimming pool also fell short of expectations. Despite these issues, the overall stay was good — the property itself is nice and well-situated, but the service needs improvement to match the rest of the experience.

Excellent Stay
Hotel Montana Vista is located in a very upscale area of Siliguri. Also. It is outside of the main city, and close to Highways. At the same time, it is not far from Sevoke Road. Hospitality, staff, housekeeping, everything is great. The rooms are well appointed as well.

The property is situated in a cool society with natural beauty. The staff members are professional and courteous. Food was really good and was billed reasonably. We enjoyed the pool area too. I experienced Value for my money.

Nice place to stay, location is little far from main road at city centre shopping mall but great place to stay calm and relax. Just 10 min walk from the main road or from city centre shopping place but uou will enjoy walking in green area
