We had a wonderful experience at keleston cottage. The room was neat and clean. Pp puran chand was a nice person there. Meal was also very good. Our overall experience was excellent. It was our first trip to shimla and we enjoyed a lot.

Didn’t meet my expectations according to the price. No a/c at such amount. Good thing is the owner’s behavior was very good and was very cooperative

Everything was okay except the cleanliness. Caretaker's approach was good. But the location is not good.

The stay at this cottage was best with a great view and calmness of nature. The staff was very helpful and caring with all the needs. Puarn ( staff) is extremely humble.

The stay was amazing, the bedroom was clean and homely food was delicious, the host and family was incredible.

I booked this stay for 2 days and 1 night. On arrival, puranchand( care taker) helped us with the luggage. Once we reached, he gave us the room with heater( 300rs / night). Room was neat and clean with clean bedsheet, pillow covers & blanket. Toilet was also clean with geyser, clean towel and toiletries. Nice wooden look from inside with cupboards. Around 8:30 pm we ordered food, let me tell you food was really nice. Not spicy or oily, just like home cooked meal and price was also nominal. They also have option of warm milk if required. In the morning we had to leave early for manali so i called him around 6am for tea, he picked up my phone and tea was served within 30 mins. We also ordered breakfast which was provided within 30 mins. He also advised to book bus ticket for manali trip which we did at night. Finally, he dropped us at bus terminal. Overall it's a 5 star service. It's not a 5 star property but service level is definitely satisfactory.

It was a really great experience at kelston cottage. The room was neat and clean. Everyone was cooperative and mr. Puran is a really great, helpful and polite person. The cottage has a cab and food facilities over there at a very reasonable price.

We had a great experience and pleasant view from the cottage. I would like to thank kaka (caretaker) for providing such a wonderful service and delicious food.

Service and staff is the best but the location is 7. 5 km far from mall road. The location is the worst.

This is the best cottage to stay. All the things were well organized, the room and the washroom both were totally clean. Mr. Puran ji was very nice to my family, he is a very nice and cool person and even he is the best cook. The place was worth it.

This place is quite far away from the mall road. You will have to take taxi costing 300 rs each time you go to mall road. Cottage is at a isolated place. My experience was pretty bad.

We booked this hotel for a night hault on our way to bir. We reached the city around midnight and tried finding the hotel based on google location but were unable to do so. We tried calling the hotel multiple times but no one answered. In the end, we booked and paid for the room but could never use it as the hotel never gave us the correct directions.

Best service and timely checkin

Room and washoroom is neat and clean. Caretaker, puran sir, is very helpful and sweet. Stay was very comfortable.
