Very beautiful location with a wonderful view of sunset. Well maintained rooms and premises. The food was very good and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kumbalangi.

The resort located in a good location isolated from city, with a view of many chinese nets some of them will be active at night. You can enjoy a great sunset from there. You feel like home there, at least for us as there were no one when we booked we enjoyed the view from the hammock will be a great memory forever. Room was nice and clean but no comforter was provided only 2 thin separate bed sheets were provided for couples bed which makes you cold in the morning. Bathroom lock was broken other than that, it was good. Breakfast was great but the food we ordered was not up to the mark and was costly ( means doesn’t justify the quantity and taste for the rate. We ordered non veg meals which includes fish curry(not tastes like fresh fish more like a dried fish, 2 veg poriyal, curd curry and matta rice. Then extra we ordered prawns(very small prawns) and crabs(only the centre body not the legs and only 4-5 half small crab were there for the lunch. And squid for dinner, squid was very fresh. Had coffee and palampoori(great taste) and coffee was average. Care taker raju was very helpful, one day we were late to the room around 10pm he offer water bottle without even asking and after closing the counter, as there were no other sources (so thought full.

Must visit home stay. Had a great time here with family. Excellent view and good homely food.

Stay was good but there was lot of noise from other occupants all through the night. There was not much privacy to the room, where other guests constantly walk past our windows. Windows did not have blinds, it was just a loose curtain

Peaceful and lovely place. Loved the way ramesh ji co-ordinated with us and made this stay a very happy and memorable experience for us. If you are looking for any place to spend a peaceful and scenic day, this is what you should opt for. In the nutshell, this is a must visit if you are planning to spend some quality time with your family. Plus the food is awesome )

The property was an excellent one with backwaters by the boundary. Hospitality was excellent. Mr ramesh property owner was so humble and guided us properly. The food was amazing. The rooms were spacious for a family with 2 teenage kids. Fantastic experience
