Good property and people. Suitable for bachelor's as well as families.

Bathroom wasn’t clean. Somebody had used the bathroom right before I checked in. I think they gave me the room right after last check out before cleaning.

I had a wonderful stay at the property. The location was very convenient, the food was fresh and tasty, and the facilities were well maintained. The staff was polite and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay!

No chair was provided in the room. Also when asked for an iron box they said they couldn't provide that. but the same guy gave iron box for another room No chair was provided in the room. Rooms are below average and it doesn’t looks as the images . Poor room service, no hot water, no proper Wifi and not well maintained room. Towels and bed sheets are dirty. But it has enough parking space and at a prime location.

The stay was good, the only Feedback I want to share is we needed a proper cupboard. There was one, but without any partition and other one is actually about hot water. When it rains they don’t provide hot water. So these two things they need to address, otherwise the stay was good.

Our stay at the Sapphire Business Suite was disappointing. The rooms were infested with ants, and maintenance issues forced us to switch rooms. Additional problems included lack of hot water, no TV channels, and unclean bathrooms. Overall, the experience was subpar, and I wouldn't recommend it for future stays.
