Good Stay
We had a great stay here including hospitality; food and the very friendly staff. Most importantly it's a kids friendly place and if you are looking for a quiet sceneric n lush green place with a kids and family; book this spot.

Terrible Stay
Don't Fall For different name this is hotel charge like 5 star rooms are like 1 star staff is good food is average they showed river side room first of all no river is there and second they are able to sell their room through good photography it is average hotel with 7 star charges rooms are very small

A Wonderful Stay –
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness throughout the premises. Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless and well-maintained, creating a truly welcoming and comfortable environment. The food was another highlight of my stay. Each meal was not only beautifully presented but also full of flavor and freshness. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the variety and quality of the dishes were top-notch. Poor Stay
This was the worst place I have ever stayed.Pathetic service. Terrible rooms. Insects in washroom. Air conditioning doesnt work properly. Below standard services were received even though room price was way costly. Junior suite is below average. Paid extra for the suite but not worth the price.

Beautiful room. Jacuzzi working nicely. Love the ambience. Extra courteous staff. Specially Praveen and Manish. They are helpful in all your needs. Only thing is that no room service available after 11. Wanted water but no one was there till next day 7AM. So, keep your supplies full.

wonderful stay with exceptional service
it was truly a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional hospitality. During our trip, we faced an unexpected issue with our vehicle, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us. Their kindness and willingness to help in that situation made a huge difference and truly highlighted their commitment to guest satisfaction. The overall ambiance of the hotel was excellent, the amenities were top-notch, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an stress-free and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Property is so good to be there staff is also very helpful just one issue is approach towards resort it’s painful abd very far away from main Rishikesh

Overall average stay
coupleCheckin woes that took about an hour to resolve with hotel related to mandatory new year gala dinner that wasn't mentioned in my booking invoice(note that i had already paid in full for my booking in advance) but was mentioned in the booking invoice of the hotel - most likely a technical glitch but it was a hassle during checkin. Finally we compromised on a reduced amount for the gala dinner. Post that the stay was smooth, we were upgraded to a club room which was quite spacious and tidy with a balcony with hills and dried-river view. Note that this river across the hotel is not ganga but a tributary that was dry 90% at the time of our visit in dec/jan. Nevertheless the area is surrounded by hills on all 4 sides and the view is quite good with the dry river bed with pebbles and a narrow stream flowing. Staff is friendly and helpful. They arrange cab facilities for sight seeing and airport transfer. Food is average.
