The place was really good and the location was really perfect for a good stay ..The staff are really good and helpful ..I was with my 3year old child and they made all things look so comfortable for us .. free meals for our child and made sure our stay was peaceful and satisfying

Wonderful stay

ZANA by Ganges is a new property at a walking distance from Laxman Jhula. The rooms are cozy and well furnished. The rooftop restaurant offers very good food and the view is just amazing. The children had a great time in the rooftop swimming pool. Overall, great stay and will highly recommend.

Nice property with rude staff ( security staff) misbehaved with guests and never apologised and commented on swimming wear clothes. They have no guidebook or rules related to pool usage and yet misbehaved regarding clothing.

Terrible Stay

horrible experience. No kids play area. Very dirty pool. Very limited options in breakfast and dinner. Orange juice was bitter in taste. Moreover, dinner timing was 7.30 but buffet was not ready till 9 pm. They don't want to provide any service and the staff argues with the guests on everything as they don't want to admit their mistake.
