In my opinion, Vileen Rishikesh was not that good. The property looks decent in pictures but feels quite average in reality. Rooms were basic and not very well maintained, and the cleanliness could have been much better. Service was slow and staff seemed less attentive than expected. The location is fine but nothing special compared to other places in Rishikesh. Overall, it did not feel worth the price, and I would probably explore other options next time.

The hotel is perfectly located—close to the main attractions Ganga Ghat, yet tucked away enough to offer a serene and relaxing experience. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with comfortable beds and all modern amenities. The view from the balcony overlooking the hills and river was simply breathtaking, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. The staff deserves special appreciation—they were extremely courteous, always ready to help, and made me feel at home. The in-house restaurant served delicious and fresh food, including authentic local dishes that were a treat! What truly stood out was the peaceful environment, cleanliness, and value for money. Whether you are traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, Hotel Vileen is perfect for a memorable Rishikesh experience.

we stayed at this resort on my wife's b'day booking a signature family suite, making full payment in advance. the staff has just one motive to suck money from guests by hook or crook. I asked for some light decoration and a cake for the bday, for which they charged each. it was a real setback but I had already booked the stay with full payment. I have travelled enough and most of the times celebrated b'day/anniversary in some 5 star property, no one ever stopped so low. after paying 20 grants for a room how can the management do this. also while in the middle of the dinner, we were interrupted by the staff asking for more money as we were accompanied by my 11 year old daughter. why we were not told when we made the checkin? this was so rude. I will never recommend this property to anyone.

We had a very pleasant stay at the property had a very good experience there staff was very helpful we loved the hospitality of the place but one thing that can be improved was food breakfast was good had plenty of options but dinner was not up to mark it can be improved but getting more variety

This one in a life time experience was just awesome, it was really peaceful and fun for all families. We shared many fun moments we could never forget. The food, the view, the spa and the room was just perfect and it was the exact same we wanted.

Our stay was extremely comfortable. We came for a short staycation over the weekend and it was nothing short of what we expected and planned. We took their spa, bath experience and trek as well. The staff was so well coordinated, that Akash from trek team ensured we took rest before going for spa. The spa team asked us how the trek was and made us comfortable. I loved the mint tea they had to offer post the spa. Their delicacies were mind blowing, somethings that I haven’t even heard exist. It was healthy and tasty. Their bath experience was like a cherry on the top. Before sleeping we ordered in their sleep tea.
