Request services don't work! not happy with the receptionist
The stay was nice, but one thing you should be aware of is, when you book the room there is an option of request services if you want to checkin early, but when you reach you have to pay even if it's for a few hours, in our case checkin was 11am but we reach at 8am. And on the day we left, we enquired if we could pay extra and checkout late, they said we can pay 500 which we were fine, but after some time they call us again and say that if we stay till 2 pm we have to pay 900 and if it's past 2pm full day charge. we don't mind paying extra, but the hotel should communicate that to us from the first instance, which they did not do when we first enquired.

Terrible Stay
Facing inconvenience in each step from room to complementary breakfast, which was at first denied, then served very less compared to its price after MakeMyTrip called them.

Excellent Stay
I stayed for 3 days with my family. Good location with excellent communication at door step. Food was good. TV, hot water AC and supplementary breakfast were very good with good behavior of Hotel staffs. I enjoyed my stay.

Average Stay
Staff behaviour is good. Food taste is good. Neat and clean hotel. Bedsheets and towel are too old. Blankets don't have cover on it. Pillows are hard too. Loction is easy to find. Ola uber easy to get. Atm med shop eateries all are in few steps. A little renovation can give luxurious look to this hotel otherwise comparing price and value with thid stay is good.

it’s a great place for (solo) travellers. , clean. and near to park st. management is also well behaved. wifi was great. geyser hot water was working all the time.
