Review Of Inika Resort

The property was amazing all small to small part of the property doesn't comprise on its quality and purpose to serve customers the rooms the design the architecture the greenery the theme ect the food tasted amazing balanced flavors variety options are really good!!

Right from gate to room to kitchen the hospitality is very good and property luxury rooms. Some improvements to suggest are if families have small toddlers then try to serve dinner at least to rooms as it’s difficult to manage small kids in dining area.

Property ,Maintenance,Hospitality is best though the price looked high ,There offering of plantation walk is a time waste , Food taste is average.

I stayed at Inika resort this weekend and how happy I am to say that my wife had chosen this gem of a find to celebrate my special birthday! The property is tucked away in a beautiful and scenic location with amazing ambiance to surpass ones expectations beyond reviews can justify. The property is fairly new (1.5yrs) and the staff are very professional and ensure your stay is absolutely pleasant. A few names id like to mention are Sheetal, Kevin and the chef with magic on his hands - Charles Huang. The cottages are super niche, the food is delicious and the choice of cuisine absolutely blew my mind. The pricing is reasonable and make sure you think twice before ordering as the quantity of food is a lot for the price offered. Id go back here any day, and is a definite recommend for anyone thinking about this. A side note, the plantation walk is right now under construction but upon completion will offer a scenic view of a pond within the property too.

The resort is located in a serene,tranquil place,surrounded by 18 hectares of coffee plantation, food was tasty, scrumptious, with fresh ingredients with delicious flavors.The staff was attentive and friendly, service was impeccable special mention of Mr Dilip,attentive to our needs and preferences. The ambiance of the restaurant 's decor is chic and cozy.The prices of the food were reasonable for the quality, and the portions were generous 2 things to make a note of: Kindly include more South Indian cuisine for lunch and dinner and a walking path around the property

Food was good; honestly, you can go there only for the view. The view is good, but the service is not that good, and there are too many restrictions, like food can't be delivered to the room.

This was one of the best resorts for couples, and well staffed with good behaviour and awesome landscape designs and huts

I had a very disappointing stay at Inika. The service was subpar right from the beginning. We had ordered chicken nuggets as a snack, and they were clearly stale — completely unacceptable from a hospitality standpoint. The location is also a major downside, with no proper connectivity to the city. It felt completely cut off and inconvenient. To make matters worse, there was a power cut in the night. When we called the staff, we were told they were in the process of filling diesel for the generator. However, even after that, the power didn’t return until the next morning — leaving us without electricity the whole night. The WiFi in the room wasn’t working either, and only started functioning around the time we were checking out — which was no help at all during our actual stay. On top of everything, there is no room service, which adds to the overall inconvenience. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Inika to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay. Definitely not worth the price or the trouble.

Property is very beautiful and cleanly maintained. Staff is courteous and helpful. Restaurant has a limited menu but every item we tried was well prepared. Buffet spread was good too..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Inika Resort from April 29th to May 3rd, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The resort's serene ambiance, lush surroundings, and impeccable amenities made my stay truly relaxing. The restaurant's exceptional service stood out, thanks to the warm and attentive waiters - Gagan, Pawan, and Aryan. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making every meal a delight. The entire staff at Inika Resort were welcoming, warm, and genuinely hospitable. Their dedication to providing an outstanding experience shone through in every interaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Inika Resort to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could! Thank you, Inika Resort, for creating lifelong memories.

Overall good resort with cleanly maintained rooms and excellent food in a peaceful atmosphere. Recommends for pleasant stay.

Inika resort property was awesome but services like room service, Wi-Fi (mobile network is not available) etc were not there, food quality has to be improved

We loved everything from start to finish. We were welcomed warmly upon arrival and upon checking in, the busboys carried all our luggage to the cottages and settled us in. We had small kids and grandparents in the group and all felt at home here. The place itself is lovely - the cottages are in the thick of 18 acres of greenery, it’s very therapeutic. Inside, the cottages cater to generally all our needs - the rooms were kept cool for our arrival, the beds very comfortable and the bath very well designed and well kept. The two king beds ensured that the family of 4 could sleep well. The kids had a little game area too. We certainly had fun playing some football outdoors after dinner. It was amazing to rise to the sound of chirping birds and step on to the terrace for crisp morning air. The restaurant was excellent - the chefs took personal care of our requests and we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. The service was simply amazing - we really appreciated the care and concern they showed us throughout. We were celebrating a birthday during our stay. With a single request over a phone call, they arranged a cake and a small corner for us to celebrate before dinner. We would definitely recommend this place and we can’t wait to visit again.

positives: Great location, friendly house keeping and other staff, clean and well managed property, alcohol is permitted in the room and the restaurant, decent breakfast negatives: No room service for food (not even if you have a small kid), not many food options, chicken and meats in the dishes were not very fresh, coorgy dishes (pork) tasted below average (though coorgy dishes should be exceptional at this location), no heated pool (as the weather is cold all around the year, heated pool would be a great addition. Pool water was too cold to stand even for a minute), not much to do around as pool is too cold and game room is not well maintained.

Really beautiful property. Best place if you really want to cut off from the busy city life. Very calm & peaceful. Pro's 1, beautiful place in the middle of coffee plantation. 2, very calm & lush green 3, rooms were pretty spacious. 4, i had booked 3 cottages, all 3 had 2 bed spaces, 1 on the gf & 1 on the 1st floor as its kind of duplex. 5, the wifi speed is pretty good. Con's 1, no phone reception. We had jio, air-tel & vodafone, none had signal except in some part of the resort. 2, its almost 10 kms inside from the main road. 3, please note as this resort is pretty inside the & cut of from town, you will have to manage your dinner from the resort itself, which is pretty exp. 4, they charge tax for food as a 5* hotel 18% tax compared to the regular 5. 5, but for breakfast which was included in the package. The food wasn't of 5* quality, we had very limited options available for the amount we paid.

Nice cozy rooms with lush green surroundings…we had a relaxing stay..food was coorg style,we enjoyed the food..
