It is very difficult to Check in and Check out due to traffic restrictions through the Car. Although the staff members are cooperative, the food quality is very bad.

Average Stay
The mention shuttle service is available but it’s there just for one pickup and drop post that it’s payable. The distance from the Mall Road is not much, but it’s a very steep climb

Stay was ok but faced issues for complementary late check-out and 10% discount on food as no discount or late check out provided by hotel so I have given poor rating

Poor Stay
1. didn't provide me a heater which was there on your website 2. TV was bad, couldn't connect to anything just a few channels preinstalled(excluding actual good ones) 3. shower head leaking everywhere 4. no view (view of rubbish and monkeys)

Average Stay
It was mixed experience. There was leakage in bathroom. Breakfast was average. Room service was good. But there is no view from window. Mall road is few min away but have to go through elevated road.

One Night tay
I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the amenities, like the gym and pool, were a nice bonus. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it.

Excellent Stay
Great location, beautiful surrounding & great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean room with excellent service's. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Best stay & best mountain view in maussurie. Food & staff behaviour is also good. Food is good too.

It is located in quite rushy area near mall road and between the residential area , it was congested road but hotel provides shuttle services till mall road one can choose to go by shuttle. it was nice spending a night there. It is there on camel back road. Food was very good. Very peaceful place. Staff has good ambience

I had an excellent stay at hotel la eden. The staff was warm and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth.
