Review Of Hotel The Grand Heaven

The property is located in a very good area with a large open ground in front, which is quite appealing. However, the stay was uncomfortable due to hygiene issues. Although the place appeared clean at first glance, there were many small cockroaches moving around everywhere. The management called us several times to checkout immediately as soon as it was 11am., quite annoying.

The location of the hotel was good, the stay was comfortable, and the food was fine. The breakfast had limited options but it was good. The staff was courteous. Overall not a luxury stay but definitely a decent stay.

prime location, the room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was clean and tidy with required amenities. Food was ok. Would recommend this place.

The hotel is very good. Property is situated on the 8-9-10 floor of the building. Rooms are very big for a family, business or any personal trip. Cleanliness is superb. Bathrooms are also clean. Morning breakfast taste is superb. You can enjoy it like Lunch. Room service is also good. Con - A.C. remote is not working in my room, I can not able to change the temperature of it.

Good budget hotel Room was very spacious food was good. Location wise also ok. TV worked with the internet of the hotel. Ambiance needs to be improved.

Grand heaven is located on 9th, 10th &11th floor of skyline building. The rooms were fresh and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The manager deepak was extremely cooperative and helpful. The food is okay not a lot of variety to order from. Overall a comfortable place.

Insider infrastructure was not good

Everything was great, one thing which should be corrected is , they asked to pay for drinking water , if i want it before 11 AM , after that it is on house. And i had to checkout before 11 Am 😂

Some amenities as mentioned in my voucher have not been provided. Personnel said that those items have been wrongly printed by make my trip. Even they informed me that some amenities as mentioned are not at all available in that hotel. It is certainly a kind of cheating for me, for which i don't know who is responsible. Even they advised me not to book hotel through make my trip in future, as it often misleads the customers. I am bringing this to the notice of make my trip and requesting to take proper action.

It was a very good experience staying there with family for few days. It made our gujarat visit more comfortable. I admire the staffs of the hotel. In a nutshell, it was perfect!

The location of the hotel is very convenient if you are travel-ling by bus. It is near to the city centre. The room is spacious. However, when we checked in, it was not prepared. The room was not cleaned and lacked basic amenities which were mentioned in the broucher. Moreover, the behaviour of the staff( the employees) were really good. They were kind helpful and polite. The breakfast served was excellent providing varieties. The manager lacked communication as we missed our breakfast on the first day.

Doormats and bedsheets are not clean, no response after too many reminders. 6. Water bottles are of extra cost. 7. Property is on 8, 9, 10, 11 floor. You can use lift till 8th floor only for 9, 10, 11 you have to use stairs which is very pathetic. 8. Lots of ants are there in the room. After complaining the staff says we will clean once you leave the room. Totally pathetic responce overall review zero. Do not stay here. The cost is also very high as compared to the price.

The super delux rooms are spacious, however, there was some smell in the room as well as the corridor, felt like they have recently did some furniture work. All in all didn't get a fresh feeling after entering the room. Also some plugs were not functioning especially those near the bed, so it was kind of inconvenient.
