This hotel is part of bigger complex containing united homes hostel so very good place for parents whose children study in karnavati university and stay in united homes

family with 1 kidIt’s a place right in the market with easy access outside for food options. Rooms are basic and not cleaned properly before check-in. The food served is also good at the hotel restaurant. Though options are limited but they are quick to respond and do the right thing if asked. The backside of the building has stores of various quick commerce delivery apps so that side is not so good to walk on at night with family. The commercial complex/ the building in which this hotel is a part is deserted, dirty and simply not even OK.

Hotel staff had kept the room ready for us and also guided us on best options nearby for dinner. The rooms were clean and very well maintained. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was great. On the 22nd night some of my colleagues were informed by the reception guy that they will checkout early in the morning so prepare their bill but that "drunken" reception person is not able to prepare the bill properly and even his tone is terrible and misbehaving. This was a very negative approach from a guy from the hospitality sector.
