Hotel Middletown

Facilities provided in the room were not according to the terrif. Breakfast options were limited. Location was decent. Room amenities can be improved.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel is excellent

1st time, I experienced extra charges for AC, however MMT had listed as a 3star property. Very unfortunate experience

Location is perfect bang on the market, local transportation easily available . Only need to improve Breakfast variety very limited option available .

Food can be better. In the complimentary breakfast provided, there was not much given by the hotel. Taste of items was not on par. Other than that, the rooms have no ventilation, and this gives rise to bad smell, in general.

Value for money, decent rooms, changed bed sheets after request, bathroom cleanliness is ok, not very good. Limited food options. Overall, value for money, don’t expect premium facilities and cleanliness here.

Pathetic experience from the start. There is no parking space and you park in the road. The hotel itself is in a shopping complex and hence the only lift is shared with other occupants. Pillow and bedsheets had stains.they charged me 700 extra for my 12 yr old son when MMT did not and we had 3 rooms booked.

Not satisfied with the stay. The rooms are average. The room and bathroom is not maintained properly. Instead of opting for complimentary breakfast, You can go down and have your food in nearby shops

Property is prime ly located , food was nice and very accommodating staffs

The property location is very good. The amenities are basic but adequate for a business traveler. I did not try the food at the hotel but there are an excellent multi variety of food options and cuisines within a 200 metre radius. Being a reasonably price centrally located hotel within 15 minutes drive to railway station, helipad exhibition centre and gift city, it is a perfect choice for the business traveler. I even made some good business contacts as the occupants of the next room were participating in the same exhibition i was attending.

Nice location and nice services with most of the amenities available in the rooms with a good tasty breakfast

Room is smelling pretty bad; washroom was not clean, and few things are brocken. Location is good but hotel is worst very limited items are offered in breakfast.

Rooms were very small, mineral water was not included, staff was not polite.

The stay was exceptionally comfortable and conveniently accessible. The person in the reception was highly attentive and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by numerous dining options, adding to its convenience.

this is the perfect service and excellent service. staff nature is good. clean place. nice premises. breakfast also good 👍

It's not that memorable stay to be honest

The property is well maintained. The staff is helpful. Good place to stay. They need to upgrade the breakfast menu.

Decent hotel. Small rooms. No windows. Most rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. Seemed more like an hourly rental hotel. Service was good. They only had breakfast with tea, coffee, cornflakes, bread butter and poha as fixed menu and 1 added dish on a daily basis. Puri bhaji, aaloo paratha, bread pakoda. No lunch or dinner at the restaurant. Only room service that will be sourced from outside. Overall it's ok if you come for a day or so. Not the worth paying so much for this hotel.
