Hotel Best Velly

accessing/entering this place is heavy task. the complex in which this hotel is located on and stairways to the hotel , my god I have seen hell. Inside the hotel it is good, atleast good enough for the budget. Anyway ladies only travelers, families with women and married couples should avoid imo.

There was no dining facility available. The water supply wasn’t good either, and the taps were broken. The bathroom’s cloth-handling facility was also damaged. On the positive side, the service was good. The hotel is located in a nice area, but the entrance is a bit inside the complex, making it difficult to find at night since there’s no one around to guide guests to the entrance. Additionally, there is a gym on the top floor of the hotel, and there’s constant noise from people lifting and dropping weights.

It was a terrible experience

Cleanliness was not upto mark and basic amenities like wifi , water , towel were not available. The bathroom was very very dirty , and the bedsheet and blanket were not washed and were stinking.

, cockroach on the floor , not clean room and bathroom, worst staff. I have told them to change bedsheet 3 times , but they did not. Wall of room is not good. Broken Mirror in room. Lift is also not working in the building.

Good hotel in prime location at Kudasan. Supportive staff. A good location for foodies.

The location was nice exactly how we thought of it was the same along food was near the hotel only so it was an amazing experience for us to stay there in hotel

The room is not cleaned and the walls are really bad. They changed the room without my consent and told me that all other rooms are packed. I can't reclaim a refund.

Very bad conditioned property, dirty mattress and all. Unhygienic bathrooms and very poor service. I came to checkout at 8. 30 am as i had a presentation in iit gn at 9. 30 but receptionist was not there, so i went for my presentation at iit. Then they charged me 1200 extra for late checkout but it was their fault they are not available in reception at 8. 30 also. Will recommend to remove this property from my biz assured, because we believe in that and this hotel is not delivering the same.

It was terrible experience. Hotel rooms were not hygiene. Room was bit smelly and dust was here and there.

Unwashed bed sheet and cloths, torn too, spider webs everywhere in the room, broken bathroom doors, very dirty surrounding area, paan spit everywhere.

Centrally located near reliance cross road. Rooms are decent, although certain items would require refurbishment. Owner and staff is good and helpful. Recommended.
