Excellent location. Very easy to find. Comfortable, clean and safe. Though the geyser wasn’t working, they gave a faster resolution and provided another room.

The room booked by us was under renovation and it seems the entire hotel was under renovation.They provide us with another room.... We face following Problems with that room 1• Ac was not working properly (ice coming out) 2• No cleaning maintenance 3• constant mobile noise coming from reception area.

The room was descent but the bathroom was very dirty and they had put a sticker claiming that is toilet has been disinfected but the fact is it was extremely dirty and stinking

I found a lot of variation in room picture upload online and in the actual room available. Rooms need maintenance! 2. We were offered a room where the lock was not working, even after multiple requests we were being told that don't worry, this place is safe and covered by CCTV. But after insisting from our end staff finally changed our room next day afternoon. 3. Breakfast taste is good, but would appreciate if we can get option in egg, if possible.
