I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Om Inn, a nice 3-star hotel. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere. The service was also very good, with staff being attentive and polite. A special thanks to Mr. Krishna and Mr. Virjmohan for his excellent service and professional attitude, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this hotel to others

Hotels was wonderful for our stay! We stayed for 1 night as we came to Gandhinagar for an Expo. Rooms are comfortable and stay was wonderful! Thanks to Hotel Staff who were courteous!

Terrible Experience – Not Recommended My stay was extremely disappointing. In the first room, the AC wasn’t working and the washroom was choked. I had to request a room change, but the second room wasn’t much better. Food quality was strictly average, and the lobby felt suffocating due to poor ventilation. Overall, the property is not worth the price or the inconvenience.

it's stay is very nice but need improve in cleanliness. also mid night water drains from ac & my room completely of watery.

The property owner was dishonest and greedy. Before booking, I called to confirm if early check-in was possible, and he agreed. However, when I arrived, he refused and made me wait from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM. At 9:00 AM, a guest checked out, and I requested to use that room just to shower, but he insisted on charging extra. He clearly dislikes bookings made through MakeMyTrip, as he charges more than the listed price. When I asked about another room option, he quoted rates comparable to 3- or 5-star hotels (around ₹3000), despite the property not being worth even ₹1000 based on the poor service.

Mr Krishna the receptionist, worst behaviour. Greedy. After booking I had requested on call for early check in & early checkout. He said yes, after reaching he lied that our room is not ready yet and even he demanded 500rs to get instant room.

I recently stayed at the om inn hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The cleanliness and comfort of my room were satisfactory, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Room space was good. It was specious for even 3 person. I am happy. Service was on spot. I asked for additional amenities, and was provided for no addition cost.
