I recently stayed at this hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and housekeeping maintained the highest standards of cleanliness. The in-house restaurant served delicious food with plenty of variety, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, this hotel combines luxury, comfort, and excellent service—I would definitely recommend it and stay again.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Om Inn, a nice 3-star hotel. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere. The service was also very good, with staff being attentive and polite. A special thanks to Mr. Krishna and Mr. Virjmohan for his excellent service and professional attitude, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this hotel to others

Hotels was wonderful for our stay! We stayed for 1 night as we came to Gandhinagar for an Expo. Rooms are comfortable and stay was wonderful! Thanks to Hotel Staff who were courteous!

Terrible Experience – Not Recommended My stay was extremely disappointing. In the first room, the AC wasn’t working and the washroom was choked. I had to request a room change, but the second room wasn’t much better. Food quality was strictly average, and the lobby felt suffocating due to poor ventilation. Overall, the property is not worth the price or the inconvenience.

The property owner was dishonest and greedy. Before booking, I called to confirm if early check-in was possible, and he agreed. However, when I arrived, he refused and made me wait from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM. At 9:00 AM, a guest checked out, and I requested to use that room just to shower, but he insisted on charging extra. He clearly dislikes bookings made through MakeMyTrip, as he charges more than the listed price. When I asked about another room option, he quoted rates comparable to 3- or 5-star hotels (around ₹3000), despite the property not being worth even ₹1000 based on the poor service.

Mr Krishna the receptionist, worst behaviour. Greedy. After booking I had requested on call for early check in & early checkout. He said yes, after reaching he lied that our room is not ready yet and even he demanded 500rs to get instant room.
