The hotel room was too small and staff was unprofessional.

Rooms are cramped , with no place to accomodate luggage. Not good for family traveller. Bathroom knobs not working as expected. AC water draining in room . The only good thing was rooms were cleaned.

Hotel shivkunj is pleasant hotel providing all the good facilities one expects from a decent hotel. Although food isn't cooked on-site, the dedicated staff goes the extra mile to make sure delicious meals from nearby restaurants are promptly delivered to your room.

No professionalism- i got date change 2 days after-they charged me 10% even though they had plenty of rooms available. I reached there 9m, they asked me to wait till 10 pm and denied a room even though they had plenty of rooms. The control ac power is at reception which was switched off 8 am morning so that customer can’t use it and money is saved. The hot water did not work i in washroom. Food is ordered from ground floor shop with some high rate-staff sitting at reception are busy in in own world. No direct eye interaction-recommend this hotel to be professional and improve services

Everything was good apart from the fact that i reached at 6am in the morning for checkin (train reached at this time) but they denied me to check in saying ki 11am was the schedule time for checkin whereas i travel-led entire night and waited outside the property for 5 hours to checkin. Despite of the fact they had vacant rooms at 6am they denied me to checkin
