My one day stay was excellent, hotel has facilities for food and other services, hotel staff and management is also cooperative.

Rooms are maintained clean and good condition. But access to the hotel is not clean, no arrangement for keeping the access and it's ambiance clean. There is no kitchen in the hotel. Very limited options available for complimentary breakfast, provided in rooms. The breakfast quality is average and quantity is limited. Some of the staff are non-cooperative (rather rude)! Needs a lot of improvements in several fronts.

Food is served of good standards. Location is not bad. Facilities provided by hotel is satisfactory. But, entrance is not presentable. Even spitting and dirt is spread at entrance and urinal smell in the way is horrible. Elevator should be specious with automatic gate.

Hotel denied the GST invoice for the full amount. I have complained , issue is still not resolved. Property is average and location is not at all good. There is no restaurant in the property. Also there are no good restaurants nearby... We have to depend on Swiggy and zomato

This hotel is clean and suitably located if u need accommodation during SSB at AFSB Gandhinagar. Rates are value for money. Staff here is helpful and for food u can use their inroom service else there ia a kathiyawadi restaurant, Pizzeria just near by. Also D'Mart is conveniently located.

This hotel doesn't have proper ventilation. Lights are very deem, doesn't fit for working professional, and the most poor behavior, they asked to give five star rating immediately after checked in.

The room could benefit from more thorough cleaning and more lighting, but overall stay was enjoyable😊

Overall, our stay was good, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean, offering good value for the price. However, there were a couple of issues that need attention. The washbasin in the bathroom required some maintenance, specifically: - The drainage system needs improvement to prevent water accumulation. - The water faucet requires fixation to ensure smooth operation. Despite these minor issues, the service was prompt and courteous. We appreciated the hotel's efforts to provide a pleasant stay within our budget. Overall, we would recommend to others, with the hope that these minor issues will be addressed in the future.

Staff is very polite and rooms are clean. Best stay.Food offered here is very good.Also it is very near to 3AFSB.

Services are not good, rooms are not so good as compared to rent

This is not a family hotel but it's a love hotel. Not enough lights in rooms. Toilets are dirty. Jet sprays are broken. No hot water in the shower. Toilet seats are broken. Not sufficient options for breakfast. I booked 4 pax and they provided free breakfast for only 2 pax. I had to literally argue with them to get free breakfast for another 2 pax. No parking safety. Vehicles were parked on the side of the road. In the morning the hotel guy came to me and asked to move my vehicle as the shop owner in the shopping complex needed that space. Do not recommend the hotel to anybody.
