Poor Stay
Bed sheets were not clean, shower not working properly, tap was coming off, no tissues, no do not disturb or do not enter sign boards were provided, door lock was malfunctioning and slippers or doormat in room.

Excellent Stay
The checkin was smooth despite the rush for hotels during concert. Hotel had polite and helpful staff. The location is excellent market is just at walking distance and lot of restaurants nearby as well

Average Stay
The room was just an average one with bedroom wall attached to wash room was wet due to water seepage. Didn't give a good feel when entered the room#708 for the price i paid for i. Not satisfied with property. It's just like an ordinary lodge, but named it a hotel, which is absolutely misleading. I couldn't bear the stay any further and hence checked out in just few hours of stay and had to shift another hotel for lesser price and far better than this one. My rating is just 3 on a scale of 1-5. Pictures not worth sharing here.

Nice location good food
businessLocation was good, very close to helipad and mahatma gandhi grounds both. Food was tasty, but breakfast was not that great, amenities were not that great, some rooms had hot water issues in showers. Maintenance was poor. Services was very good, efficient but less staff. No good restaurants nearby except the hotel's own restaurant.

Nice ckean room in a good location with good vie
soloRoom waa spacious The north east ladies in reception and restaurant are very welcoming n helpful.Room was clean only negative thing was AC was not cooling properly.

Average Stay
Very basic hotel. Rooms didn’t have enough table or space where if 2 persons are travelling —- they can keep their bags and open. Bathing and Toilets doesn’t have enough space as such bathrooms are always fully wet … and so on

Not worthy against what i paid. So many issues with the room. Geyser was not working, same issue with the kattel too.

businessEven though i had booked room including breakfast and it was confirmed by the reception during check in i was still told by the staff during breakfast that breakfast was chargeable. I had to push them to recheck 3 times before they realised their mistake
