Amazing food, good service and supportive staff. I have spent 4 nights and not a single complaint.

Service and rooms are good. Staff is very goos and cooperative. In food just need to add more variety

room not ok food is good ac not working no fan in room suffocating in room not matched with price which you offer

Bed sheets were not clean, shower not working properly, tap was coming off, no tissues, no do not disturb or do not enter sign boards were provided, door lock was malfunctioning and slippers or doormat in room.

The checkin was smooth despite the rush for hotels during concert. Hotel had polite and helpful staff. The location is excellent market is just at walking distance and lot of restaurants nearby as well

Good rooms, stayed at executive king size, nice clean & very well maintained. Staff is very polite & mannered. Very well connected to exhibition centres. Proper hub at sector 11

The room was just an average one with bedroom wall attached to wash room was wet due to water seepage. Didn't give a good feel when entered the room#708 for the price i paid for i. Not satisfied with property. It's just like an ordinary lodge, but named it a hotel, which is absolutely misleading. I couldn't bear the stay any further and hence checked out in just few hours of stay and had to shift another hotel for lesser price and far better than this one. My rating is just 3 on a scale of 1-5. Pictures not worth sharing here.

Location was good, very close to helipad and mahatma gandhi grounds both. Food was tasty, but breakfast was not that great, amenities were not that great, some rooms had hot water issues in showers. Maintenance was poor. Services was very good, efficient but less staff. No good restaurants nearby except the hotel's own restaurant.

Room has cockroaches. It was very unclean

Room waa spacious The north east ladies in reception and restaurant are very welcoming n helpful.Room was clean only negative thing was AC was not cooling properly.

Very basic hotel. Rooms didn’t have enough table or space where if 2 persons are travelling —- they can keep their bags and open. Bathing and Toilets doesn’t have enough space as such bathrooms are always fully wet … and so on

All services were good but its not appropriate for family stay good for business purpose, hoping to do better job.

Breakfast and courteous staff. Airconditioner takes time to cool. No ceiling fan to manage till the AC cools

Not worthy against what i paid. So many issues with the room. Geyser was not working, same issue with the kattel too.

Nice and pleasant stay staff is very cooperative and we enjoy the stay.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its attentive staff, spacious rooms, and top-notch amenities. Highly recommended in this budget.

The staff was very hospitable & flexible to our need. All members are very courteous.

Worst property in mid range book through make my trip

Even though i had booked room including breakfast and it was confirmed by the reception during check in i was still told by the staff during breakfast that breakfast was chargeable. I had to push them to recheck 3 times before they realised their mistake

The arrangement of crayon hotel is good but the quality of food is a little low. And stop very supporting
