Good was good but they gave tap water and we mistakenly book 2 room because they not send us confirmation of 1 st room that's why and then we went to them to cancel that but they not cancel our room

Room is not cleaned and food is also very bad. No proper arrangement & staff is also not good.

The rooms were very dirty and unhygienic. There were bed bugs and even bed sheets were dirty. Breakfast quality was also poor. Highly not recommended if you are travel-ling with family.

The location is ok, the restaurant is medium. Too much oil in items, security is bad. Door locks are damaged, tv not working, housekeeping ok

Need to improve food quality, cleanliness, stinking rooms and hot water service. The photos are showing while booking the room may be when hotel was newly inaugurated, but currently the rooms are not maintained like photos.

Location was very good and the most positive thing. Rooms were poor and not very hygienic. Food was very average. They should have done better. Not worth the money i paid.

We stayed here for 3 days. The hotel staff are very courteous and professional. The rooms are however little small and not very pleasing.

Good hotel for single occupancy and bachelors. Family bookings not recommended but it is definitely a very good hotel. Good staff, prompt service and tasty food. I would surely recommend this hotel for a budget stay in gandhinagar.

Room table and other thing very dirty not cleaning properly, mosquito nuisance in bathroom, hot water not present

We came to the place after a long journey through connected flights and were feeling not so good to go from the elevator so we choose to go through the stairs. The stairs looked like it hasn't been clean since decades. It smells urine, cigarettes and pan sain everywhere. Apart from that the room itself smelled like cigarettes. And we paid 7000+ for 2 nights n it didn't did just to that amount. The complimentary breakfast was not so good. Room service itself wasn't that good. All together a bad exhausting experience.

I booked a 3 night stay. When i reached i was given a twin bed room saying that they are sorry and they will change it the next day. The room had a smelly bathroom and had spider webs and clearly looks like a room left for bookings like me with non refundable booking and no other option but to take it. The next day when i reached the hotel after my meetings at 7 pm, the room was still not changed. I enquired at reception. Then they show a room which reeks of cigarette smell and that too when the hotel has a no smoking policy. When i asked for some other room they told me that either i have to stay in the earlier room or this one. They didn't care and simply offered a room freshener. As i am allergic to the smell and with no other option left i chose to stay in the earlier room and check out the next day. The issue was that they are giving such rooms at + price but they should not be more than 1000 rupees. The photos on the are nowhere similar to the room given. Stay away from such hotels.

Rooms were not same as shown during booking. Had to change the room due to water leakage in bathroom. Rooms were unclean.

Hotel president experience was very good. Overall room was neat and clean and cooperative staff. Breakfast offered by hotel in today. Morning was delicious and fresh. I also suggest this hotel to my friends and colleagues.
