FabHotel Crystals I is not a hotel. It is a lodge with 8 room no space small reception, 2nd floor with very limited space, so it is not even a boutique hotel. Highly unhygienic, bad smell... cockroach etc

The hotel is a sub dealer of FAB on commission basis. The facilities as promised are not available to the online customers. The behaviour of the staffs are rude. They want direct booking by them.

i had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the cleanliness was top-notch—rooms were spotless, linens fresh, and bathrooms well-maintained. the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay.

I'm very disappointed with make my trip and not only the hotel, u sold me the place stating i'm getting a very good deal ie 50% discount and i paid 2000 rs but the hotel wasn't worth 1000 so basically it's make my trip who deceived me
