Great place to stay. staff is really cooperative. good place to stay. Food is fantastic and nearby to Conventional center.

Hotel is very old, there's air vantilation issue, so air is very dry and will make it uncomfortable

Hotel property condition is in very bad shape. No proper service is given by the staff. They were very casual. It seems proper training is not given to them. Please remove this property from your list. Though heavy charges are taken very poor service is given. TV was not working. Though I had asked to check nobody bothered to come and check. Very pathetic service and room condition.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The rooms were extremely dirty, and the entire outside area of the hotel was also filthy. The building is very old and poorly maintained. The staff service was terrible – they rarely picked up the phone, and even if they did, no one ever came to provide any service. There were no extra glasses available, not even an extra key. I was staying with my group and checked multiple rooms, and each one was in the same dirty and badly maintained condition. For the price they charge, the rooms and services are absolutely not worth it. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. If I had to rank the dirtiest hotels, this one would surely be at the top. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

location is very nice and convince to reach there. property is also very nice but poor management.Lack of cleaness, TV was not working,no proper lighting in rooms etc.

I have had one of the worst experience at a stay, after paying almost 4k a night , what I got is hostility not hospitality, not a single hook for towel or clothes, water not in full supply, messy floors , wet and damp walls, ac not working, isolated property, staff proudly says No to whatever you ask, and yes no wifi no connectivity.

they maybe didn't had rooms, but the booking was still showing online, when my father reached their they gave him a room with the broken lock and literally out of a haunted house room, we asked them to change the room as it was already 11:00pm at night, they changed into other room which needed maintenance rightly so, anyways..overall not a great experience

Our stay at The Sky Emperial was excellent. The staff were responsive and cooperative, and they accommodated our preferences with ease. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay

1.There was no any sign board of hotel,only way to reach hotel is google map only. 2.i have seen only 2-3 staff only no manpower..1 person was on reception he was helpful,and only staff no security staff avilable nothing. 3.qulity of bed sheet,pillow covers are very bad.even not washed properly.

The hotel is located very close to mahatma mandir, making it super convenient for event or expo visitors.

Staff members were well-trained, helpful, and polite. They always greeted us with a smile and were attentive.

From lobby to washrooms, everything was clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is prompt. Safe and spacious parking available. Easy access to hotel from parking area.

All staff members were polite, smiling, and quick to help. Check-in was smooth. Wi-fi speed is great, work desk is comfortable, and location is close to key offices.
