There was no menu nor any transport to reach the main road It was a bit uncomfortable being a single girl staying there as its in between like a jungle and less female staff to guide you. The telephone hardly worked for housekeeping. Staff was helpful and nice & delayed my check out when I requested but being at a new place it’s often difficult to communicate with strangers so I think female staff would help solo travellers like me. Room was comfortable and it was a nice stay so looking forward it to improve and fix these tiny things and become the best.

Alok club is not good place for staying. There is no facilities like room service staff, no breakfast and rooms are not good for stay. My suggestion for make-my trip to not add in your hotel list. I didn’t stay in aloka, my request to refund my money. I have book for 21, 22, 23 but i left hotel on 21 first late night due to room and food and service issues.

It’s terrible, don’t suggest any one in future for stay. Very poor service in all area. I will nave come in future in alok club for staying. No food, no proper service, no supporting staff and everything is terrible. You have add breakfast in booking side but it’s very poor not hygiene. This type of booking sides not add in make my trip side.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at aloka resort, and i couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The resort itself is a paradise nestled in gift city, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty.

it’s a sports academy not suitable for accommodation and they are not all hospitality people bath rooms are very dirty, breakfast is terrible dirty rooms and their gym and swimming pool timings are very embarrassing 😳 will close the gym by 9 am and you can’t allowed to use the swimming pool 🏊♀️
