worst hotel room is to short and bathroom is too small , not provide hot water and other service not proper like towels, in room service etc

The food at the property was really good and enjoyable. The location was convenient and the overall stay was comfortable. However, the hot water supply was not consistent and sometimes didn't work, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a pleasant experience with scope for improvement.

Room doesn't have a working AC and sheets were not properly clear, The only 3 rating is given by me because they let me check in early no water bottle were there...

Room was decent with comfy bed. But food was not available, that's a big drawback. Had to go in rain with umbrella to get food. Owner is good, helped me in printing important documents. Thanks.

The hotel's location is in a decent area with easily accessible to food and transport but the basic services are not provided like water and daily room cleaning etc by the way overall good experience

The conductor was very rude doesn’t know how to talk. As it was my first time in Gujrat I know nothing here but they were like u have to tell me exactly where should we drop you. Like how am I suppose to tell that????

The stay was good. No complaints. The rooms were in good condition. The checkout was easy and also the bathroom was spacious in the AC room.

Very shady place with a narrow staircase not fit for claiming as 3 star hotel. V reached after 1. 30 am midnight and we're shocked. Immediately v returned without check in and searched for a decent hotel with help of the airport cab driver

Staff was helpful but the rooms were stinking and the other room had no ventilation meaning it became a sauna of bad smell and heat. The bathroom did not have a shower head, as soon as you flush the water leaked from the bottom of the commode. It was a nightmare of a room. Giving 2 stars just because of staff behavior and the hardworking boy named chotu.

Too poor service by the staffs present at the hotel. Do not have basic etiquettes to talk. Apart from the same, rooms were not at all up to the mark as per the price range. I do not understand why this hotel was marked under MyBiz. Rooms were having walls with marks of dampness. Insects and worms were there inside the wooden side table. Bathrooms were not having proper jet force of water. No flush in the bathroom. Hot water also did not came in the morning being it a solar one or something like that. Overall worst experience. Also, at the end hotel staff asked to pay GST price once again to get the copy of invoice. First time i have seen such a thing, that for the same service you have to pay twice for the GST.

The hotel is good budget hotel conveniently located at the sector 16 market, and it h best proximities to the dinosaur park, akshardham temple, exhibition centre. If you are lone business traveler looking for quick stay, it's an ok option for that. Room service is there with tea and coffee availability. Food is sourced from outside, but there are many options, especially a food hun near the pvr inox complex. Sonno worries at all and no need to book with a complimentary breakfast. Room size are small but ok for lone person or may be at best 2. I was in 305, thankfully with a window so it got ok, didn't feel cornered. Ok stay, stay is generous and helpful. Can say, had a good stay.

Improve quality of food and amenities properly location is good and service also good should improve quality of breakfast

Hotel's interior was not good, the bathroom was not clear and the interior of bathroom was very terrible, room was also dirty and the window of the was also terrible, overall the hotel was not good for staying. So i will rate this hotel very bad. I didn't click any image. But i again said hotel was very bad. It looks like a lodge
