This is a very beautiful hygiene property located at prime location The service is amazing and overall its value for money.

Good stay for family and children’s.

No table in the room. Poor condition of the same. Breakfast was ok. But overall poor experience.

Everything the place was disgusting. I am surprised they have a business. Nothing seems up to 4k cost. Bugs everywhere, horrible customer service, worst experience ever. Staff speak much louder every time and even use bad words which are very disturbing and embarrassing with family. Same breakfast every morning no variety for requesting to something the request converts into the bad argument. Horrible customer service.

We had booked the room but manager was not aware about it. There was no intercoms. You have to go out each and every time for your requirement. In both rooms no bathroom kits were provided. In fact in the morning there was no water in the bathroom. In all there is no service in the hotel. The only good this was the hotel staff. Staff was very helpful and cooperative.

We stayed on may 28, 2022. There was no water in washrooms. Food was also only formality. Caretakers we’re not that professional to care guests. I won’t suggest anyone this property. It’s not worth staying here.

Booked hill view but they are saying i am not booked the hill view and they given premium room

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly but no temperature check or covid precautions, even the exhaust in bathroom not working neither got hot water in bathroom location good, we had breakfast limited options but good

lacks basics. Most of the rooms are without balcony and ate hardly 10ftx10ft. Rooms are very small and you may feel suffocated. View is available for few rooms only. Only pohe and up-ma is available for breakfast. Washroom was dirty, pot was not cleaned. There is no range in the hotel. Even wifi is not reachable in the room where we stayed. We cancel-led our reservation and stayed hardly for few hours.
Nobody used essentials like masks. Rooms were not tidy. Washroom was not clean.

The local cook just need to be advised what is to made and little bit of cooking instruction if something new is to tried and it would be made with full care & taste.
Came as just review from mmt, the property built was opened after 10 months of operation due to corona, but hats off to the owner special mentioning the name sh mahesh who made it sure that hotel does not lack in any terms of service. You name the service as as per family needs and it is done in fraction of seconds. Recommended for pleasant stay, will go again soon.

It was mentioned that free wifi is available at property but actually there is no any wifi connection available, nor any network available for mobile phones. Rest overall experience is good. Stay location is near lake as mentioned but far away from local market

A expensive in comparison to a single day stay. Near to the Lake. And helpful staff

The hotel is located 3km before the main town and close to the Venna Lake and close to old Mahabaleshwar road. This saved our time and avoided unnecessary heavy traffic in the main town. Most of the tourist destination can be easily approached by the old road which does not have commercial vehicles. Stayed a night at the hotel. The staff was friendly and the food was hygienic. Also, they escorted us to a nearby strawberry farm.

Service was a bit slow. Both the room category show the same room pictures which confuses customers. Though rooms were clean and hot water service was available 24/7. But the room we choose was a bit congested for 3 adults. The room did not have chairs or tea table. The attendant was good and helped us everytime we called him. I would however suggest to provide hot water kettle, as this place is always cold and this will help us to warm our drinking water.
