Food and location was good but facilities was not as per MMT standard

i had a wonderful stay at hotel royale palace in mount abu. from the moment i arrived, the hospitality was impressive – the staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. the ambience of the hotel is both elegant and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. the location is excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions while still feeling peaceful. my room was spacious, well-maintained, and had a fantastic view. i also appreciated the 24-hour food service, which was a great convenience, especially after a day of sightseeing. the swimming pool was clean and a great spot to unwind.

The Royale palace hotel location is very good and near by main road,room view is very nice to seen greenery around the hotel,hotel staff is very humble and supportive to visit the mount abu various places. Thank you hotel palace. Regards,

Rooms very bad and toilets also not good and there is not have a proper management. The room curtains not close proper

Early hours of morning around 3 a. M. People are partying outside the lounge area and when we contacted reception no one responded to our calls

Horrible hotel, not worth of 1000rs. Very bad rooms no lift, in hotel, no proper parking almost 25 steps to get to reception bad smell is coming all things broken poor room poor bathroom everything is broken conditions and dirty smell alla round room i have booked 2 room for 2 days and we left room in 1 day without asking refund never go to this hotel

Room was not cleaned and smelling terribly. Food was ok. Services was late. Location was ok. Staff was ok.

No hot water, food not proper, cleanses not good. The hotel charged bomb but service was worst won't recommend anyone.

Hotel is not maintained and luxurious as per its fare and deluxe room status. Bathroom is terrible and not maintained at all. No hot water available even in winter season. I experienced and saw this kind of hotel for the first time where hot water not available. Bath tub is terrible. Hotel staff is good and so supportive. Food is average.

I had pay 14000 per night but its not worth it. When i booked room that time i saw 8000 and after credit 14000 per night. It was really bad experice wulith make my trip

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Our stay here was pleasant and comfortable. Best part about this hotel is that it is located at a good distance from city traffic and also on the main road. So it's easy to reach here. We had breakfast for both the days and food was good here. Room service was also up to the mark.

Location is very far from market, i m not tried food because rate is high, room is ok & likage in bathroom, overall i m not happy to stay there
