Review Of Hotel Crystal Inn @Nakki Lake

Hotel is in a small lane, looks like a lodge rather then a hotel. Washrooms are not cleaned and flush sprays water in all directions. Quilts are damp and smells like dust. Hotel manager asks for money if you need anything. Still not sure, why make my trip has listed this hotel

Rooms were clean nd all facilities are available. Overall good experience. Hotel is walking distance from nakki lake nd main market area best location.

The hotel stay was very good and the room was fully furnished with good vibes. Also the hotel staff was very supportive in nature and help us to find rental vehicles also. “Cheated” is the one word. I would share my experience with if you are paying over ₹5200 per night for a room, You expect a minimum cupboard in the room or a chair. I idiotically booked the hotel in advance for 4 nights and was stuck there. The staff with a sweet smile will try to make you feel in this subpar hotel. Also, sad that MMT has listed this as a 3 star property 🤣.

there was nothing in the room, just next to booking counter and so much messy nothing available tv dental kit soap shampoo everything is on request and recently they painted and so much smell ano control over it bad experience

Property owners need to upload more realistic pictures of the stays. At Pax Grand Service was really slow as it took almost an hour to get my luggage in the room.

The hotel staff was good and nice, but the price that i paid did not justify the hotel's rooms. The rooms were very small and not the same as we saw in the picture. There was no lake view from the hotel, and the day when i stayed in my next room, people were fighting and the noise was coming into our room and disturbing us until late at night, and we had difficulties sleeping.

This hotel has some good and nice ambience. Other hotels we were seeing but by going there found out that one shortcut is there from here and with that this is the nearest hotel to nakki lake.

The room had many roofleaks which was very unhygienic and water was dripping from our roof. The rooms were not at all same as shown in the pictures. Room was so so small that it was suffocating very badly. The washroom was very dirty and unhygienic. We didnt even bath there for our whole stay of 2 days. Water in washroom was not available for a very long time. There were frequent electric cutoffs. The wifi was not working at all and even the mobile networks were not available. The overall experience was very bad. Not recommended
