Shivdhara Resorts

If you dont expect much then you will enjoy. The expectations increases as they post themselves as 5* resort. From outside the resort seems very good and new, but inside the room, there are few things broken, not working etc. which should be checked by the staff before room handover. My room experience is as below: 1. AC working fine but timer was automatically set so every 1-2 hours tue AC automatically switches off. There are no fans in room so compulsory you need to keep AC on. It took around 2-3 hours even for the technician to switch off the timer. 2. Wash basin was leaking from bottom. You wash your hand and the dirty water flaws on your legs and also making the whole bathroom wet. Moreover there are vitrified tiles in bathroom so there is a danger of getting slipped (My 3 year old daughter slipped and got hurt) 3. No hot water in shower. Even after complaining 3 times. At last they arranged a bucket of hot water from somewhere but this is not a 5* property service. 4. Shower very very slow because it was not regularly cleaned. Water was hardly coming from it. 5. Smart TV installed but not connected to internet. Set up box was installed but there was no batteries in remote. Staff took almost 4 hours to give new remote. 6. Due to very less occupancy, they don't serve buffet in lunch. ala carte is super costly, 5* Shivdhara Resorts rates but taste and quantity is very less. 7. Swimming pool was not cleaned even after requesting for 2 times. 8. We ate our lunch and kept the plates outside our room, for 2 days those plates were lying as it is near my door. There were flies around it. No staff bothered to pick them up. 9. Staff is decent (not very good) but they seemed not concerned about the services asked by the guests. If you can ignore these things then you can enjoy your stay. Problems were getting solved slowly one by one but if it's a 5* resort, such problems should not have occured at all.

Hello the stay is good n the property is superb I enjoy it a lot with my family. next time I will come with my friends.

So many complaints, so many conditions, so many restrictions.

I was a nice property with good ambience and supportive staff. Room are nice with all amenities

not excellent but good. Waterpark fees should be included in resort stay fees or atleast at discounted rate.
