Excellent hidden gem of a heritage hotel. Service was customer friendly. The little palace ambiance and well maintained gardens by the river water body was a pleasant surprise. The resort doesn’t serve non vegetarian food, so that might be a downer if you don’t enjoy vegetarian meals, which were all tasty & of good quality.

Although the location and rooms are very good, the vibrant settings was a miss . FOOD quality was very good and the so was service .

Really loved the location and the staff was super helpful and accommodative. It was during an off season so we used all their amenities and it was really peaceful. Would definitely visit again! The rooms were spacious and big and the place was really well maintained.

not as per Expections. Room Fan not working. The bathroom is especially worse, toilet to shower Everything is substandard. breakfast is worthless. overall cleanliness is missing.

We felt so amazed to see such an excellent Resort located in Our Gujarat and enjoy our 2 night stay ..we were amazed to see such a wonderful Resort in Gujarat like udaipur place stay ..so it's paisa vasool .. excellent food & all other activities..come with family once again

The food quality was satisfactory, but the property offered very limited amenities. I was unable to locate the gym on the premises. However, the cricket ground was enjoyable, and there were various other activities available

Surrounded by mountains, sky to cover bushes, blooming flowers, peaceful, serene and relaxing.. touched the leaves and flowers covered with dew drops.. Rained during night and cloudy now... so clean the land and plants, trees and leaves. fragrances of mitti and greenery attract towards them.

It was wonderful stay at balaram palace resort. Staff was very cooperative. Nice property. Food was excellent.

Seems poor managemet compare to others, but food quality was good, few things were not available in room and wash area had water issues
