Rooms are very small, wall in front of window wash room very compact, food is very expensive. Third class experience

Sir, I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience. As per our pricing our food is the most affordable in Mount Abu as suggested by our clients always. Railing in front of the window as per our design. Room was booked at peak season makes it a bit expensive ,still less compared to rates prevailing outside on the peak season weekend. Sorry for the incovenience we will look into the flaws. An enjoyable experience at hotel swagat
The hotel is situated at walking distance from the bus stand. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned daily. The staff and housekeeping boys are very polite and prompt. Also i liked the attached restaurant in terms of ambience and food.

Good staff,clean rooms and good restaurant
The staff and bell boys are very polite and do everything to make your stay comfortable. Even small issues like fixing the AC are taken care of swiftly. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned regularly.The attached restaurant is also good with good ambience and good food at reasonable price s. Altogether, a enjoyable stay at this hotel

Good Service and friendly staff
We have enjoyed our stay at the hotel the Room service was very good, and staff of the hotel are very friendly. Everything was perfect from room cleaning to the food. Food restaurant along with the hotel is excellent they served very good quality food in very nominal pricing. Only demerit points the hotel is having is non-availability of the Parking facility (you have to park vehicle in the roadside) and non-availability of lift (this hotel is GF+2 so if your room is on the second floor you have to climb the stair). Overall, we have enjoyed out stay here and have a very good time.

Excellent Stay
It's very nice place to stay, at a budget price. Rooms are nicely cleaned and well decorated. We feel great breeze of flowers smell in room. Staff are well mannered and happy to help. Would definitely encourage people to stay at this property.

Good Stay
It was a pleasure experience staying at Hotel Swagat.The ambience is good. Food quality is excellent. Bakery items are very attractive and delicious. Only disadvantage is that there is no lift in the property and exterior view is not attractive.

A good experience
I have been to Mount Abu number of times and have heard lot about Hotel Swagat. Excellent room with 2 large beds, good space, extra room with sofa and refrigerator. Hotel staff were very helpful and generous. Food was even nice with nice bakery items like cakes and pastries

1st Hotel staff was very helpful with luggage and behaviour. Location was very good , beautiful locations were nearby , some were at walking distance. Room was very neat and clean , TV was functional. Overall felt very good in the hotel Arranged scooty as well as cab
