Ekdam bekaar Room diya...bathroom bhi sahi nahi tha.....bole doosare achhe room Khali nahi hai..... Bad experience...... CLUB Mahindra standard ka room bilkul bhi nahi tha......Iss price range per aas paas isase behtar Rooms available the👎

It was a wonderful experience for me and my family while staying at Hotel Aravali. Staff here is well mannered and very helpful. Unforgettable memories!

Problems we faced: AC did not worked in 2 rooms allotted to us (worked as a fan). Toilets were soooo congested and dirty. But the worst part was the hotel staff, does not cooperate with our problem, Charged us for cleaning our car (didn't said that there will be charges) and just ignorant with parking management.

We had taken two rooms, room no 280 and 281. Room no 280 was good. However, room no 281, was absolutely bad. The front door lock, the bathroom room lock and switch tag were all hanging. It was unbelievable that after booking the hotel with good review had maintenance issues. The blankets were also smelling bad. Both these rooms are close to the kitchen and the entire exhaust comes into these rooms. Both rooms did not have bathroom kit like paste, brush comb kit.

The photos and facilities shown are way diffrent from the actual things i was offered a room which was stinking, in the name of balcony there was just a roofless area d with 8ft height walls all around with no view, where as i selected the room with the garden view balcony the walls em-were so dirty at some places, the room was so less maintained, then i upgraded my stay to another category and had to pay extra i need full refund out of it
