All the amenities and hotel staff and property is so well managed. very happy stay with family. very happy with heated pool in winter season. and every evening was so great with live music and awesome food.

Property is good and clean. Staff was so nice.

It was good and peaceful, staff was helpful and polite. Great property to enjoy a staycation with friends and family.

Everything we have experienced at Hilltone was above par then we expected, best place to stay at mount Abu

Good property but very poorly maintained. The Premier Room was untidy and its bathroom was extremely dirty, so much dirty that we had to use our own disinfectant products before using it as checked in late. Breakfast was decent, but the lack of basic cleanliness ruined the stay.

Food was above average, however could get better. Cleaniness is not upto the mark - needs improvement. Humble and polite staff - went above and beyond to extend support to make the stay comfrotable.

overall it was good. staff was helpful. the rooms sizes were good. food was good. however, it was not clear that the hotel had two wings. as they had booked us in the wing which did not have a restaurant and had to walk to get to the main wing, it was inconvenient as two of us are old and my wife is a heart patient. the hotel kindly allocated us a room in the main wing; hence the two rooms allocated to us were in different wings.

The location of the hotel is quite good in terms of distance from the market and nakki Lake. The overall vibe of the hotel is also very quiet, sooting and serene. The stay was overall good as well as the food, which was delicious. Moreover, the size of the room at this price range could have been a little bigger than the one we got. Overall, the whole experience was fantastic and really a memorable one.

It was a good experience at Hilltone hotel. The room was clean but there was a very small window. The overall experience was good and the rajasthani performance was amazing at night arranged by the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay, the location is good, food is also very good. Overall we love staying there. If we visit Mount abu again, will definitely choose the same hotel

Property needs major rwnovation and feels dated. The third party spa is shady and needs to be replaced with a new management.

Location is Excellent. Middle of the Town Area. Walking Distance to all most all the places. Breakfast was levish and had many Options. Staff is helpful and friendly. Overalll NICE place to stay.

The first experience while check-in was surprising to be.. They charged me additionally 1000 Rs. because my child age is 11 and somehow it was written 10 years age in booking documents. I tried to understand what is the difference they charged for.. because anyway, I already paid for extra child charges during booking as my child age is 10 years. they show some paper where it was written that 11 years child required extra 1000 rs. I booked my stay in a Delux room with MAP plan, which includes Break fast and Dinner. Room was big in size and clean, however, very minimum amenities were there compared to the price they charged. next I went for the Dinner with family and got to know that there is no buffet Dinner arrangement because of less guests. we forced to order from the limited menu that night. However, the food quality was below average. the second night they arranged a buffet Dinner, that also very very limited food items and below average taste. staffs behavior was very nice and Gentle with the guests. I appreciate few of them like they were managing guests. Hotel is having one TV with free channels. On that Perticular day it was Asia Cup Final India VS Pakistan cricket match.. I request them for the Sony Liv channel but they denied for adding the channel as per hotel rules. mobile internet was too slow in Hotel room that live streaming was not possible. Hotel wifi speed is horrible. even I told them to charge the extra money for adding the Sony Liv channel but they denied. Breakfast menu and variety were good. Location and Swimming pool was awesome. we enjoyed our Pool time very well. Other than these above point, Hotel property is very good for relaxing. we came from Kolkata which is too far from this area and it was a nice stay for us to relax after a long travel.
