Location was very beautiful and spacious with neat and clean swimming pool with amazing views of mountains and coconut trees. Room was too much good. Staff was very helpful and the buffet was extra ordinary. Must visit if in mt. Abu

Basic requirements were not available in the room. for each single item we need to take follow up with hotels e.g. toilet paper, dental kit, etc. Hot water was not available in the bathroom. After spending a high amount of money service and facilities are very poor. The swimming pool was very dirty, the kids sliding was broken. Service is very poor.

it was an worst experience In this hotel ever in my life . because I was stayed for 2 night three days and the stay was horrible becase on first day at noon the light was gone and in my room the air conditioner was not working and I complianed to the staff and they didn't response my complaint and when my noon gone fail because of ac issue I romed for an hour in an resort and after some time they change my room and I also cooperate them and and and on second day at evening light flatution was continues repeated and due to flatution the ac was totally not working so they said that we will change room so we cooperate them and gives us another room and in that room the TV was not working and food server's was also not so good it was worst and due to my family opinion we select this hotel due to swimming pool we select this hotel and this hotel and in pool the current was passing through the under ground .lights so it can cause an injurious accident so this hotel is worst ever I stayed in my life and that rupees was wasted so I give my opinion to my friends that do not stay in this resort ..👎👎👎👎👎👎

Ambiance not good, rooms are also not good, service is very poor, food not good also swimming pool is very dirty, rooms rate is very very high not good experience, we are not visit this property in future

Room was not properly maintained, AC not working and water leakage from AC, basic cleanliness was not maintained, Swiming Pool not clean and open area, even cows were coming at Swimming Pool. I will not recommend to anyone. Staff was good and Cooperative but helpless against this basic problems

we book 5 rooms book, property was not good. cleaness 0 staff attendence 0,maintainance 0, sleeping bed metrees dirty,ac not working , heater also not working, we stay 3 days but take shower with cold water, and food was 0 not good test anot higenic , there is no 4star resort. it has no star. hole resort has only 3 staff. its call resort ?

Bed service and experience & room light not available at night and AC doesn’t work & washroom door lock not available

Property is good but very outside from city and prohibited area after 6:00 pm because of forest. Rooms were good and big in size but restaurant is very dirty , fly moving everywhere. Restaurant staff were unprofessional, they don't know how to behave. Swimming pool were lots of death insects.

Not as per ratings available on MMT, 1. No dental kit available in wash area for teeth cleaning. 2. AC was not working in room 304 where I stayed. 3. TV was not working on both days stay, on second day staff repaired it but after 10 minutes it stopped again. 4. Complementary water bottle was provided only 1. 5. Indoor game was not well say carom was not having stricker to play. 6. Room cleaning was poor too. I will say at this price hotel can include breakfast.

Overall nice place to stay but after 10.30 PM there was no any food alternatives at resort so that suffered delays in dinner & arranged from nakki lake late night 👍

this resort hotel is approximately 8 kms from the city centre. very calm place. rooms are very basic at best. pool was in open garden so was not clean. choose this property for calm and natural experience. if you want to explore the look another. fixed breakfast menu but taste is good.

First of all food was not good and too much expensive and the water bottle charge is 42₹ for one bottle, and the room is not in good condition it smells like very bad and toilet 🚽 is breakage and the staf is treated us with full of attitude. If we ask for facilities who provide by hotel and staff says us noo. and it sounds like we are not the Coustmers we are servant of achal resort. My abu trip was ruined. 😡
