Palace Hotel (Bikaner House), A Heritage Hotel

Thoroughly impressed with the Palace Hotel (Bikaner House), A Heritage Hotel. Location is too good, right atop a small hillock. Super deluxe rooms have mountain views, though partially obstructed by the huge trees inside the compound. Also it's hardly a 10mon walk from the famous delwara jain temple. It's owned by the bikaner royal family and converted to Palace Hotel (Bikaner House), A Heritage Hotel around in the sixties. Even the super deluxe rooms are huge and has also the amenities - hot water, ac (hardly required, electric kettle, a huge tv etc. Tariff will be around 12k & upwards for cp plan. They also have suites & grand suites. The only lacunae i found, that the rooms could do with some more maintenance - as the property is an aging one. They have a beautiful lawn, garden & space to play tennis. The breakfast spread is limited but the food is absolutely fresh & tasty. We actually enjoyed lunch & dinner as well; again limited menu but freshly prepared. Very impressed with manager, mr rev-ant singh's professional ethics - who helped me get refund as one of my family members dropped out the last moment. The waiters, chefs, service guys & even the guards were super helpful and always carried a smile. All in all very happy with how things turned out and we as a family made some memories to cherish in this lovely property.

Bikaner Palace House is a good resort, they upgraded our room to a suite, which was very spacious. Staff was very warm and helpful, they were nice to interact with. Food was good too. Weather was brilliant in July in Mt Abu, the palace converted into a resort has a very good area, garden to experience some beautiful views. Minor issue was the water temperature we could not manage inside the room and there was no guide also our room did not have any view, was told that was because since it was earlier a palace hence every room doesn't have a view. But overall happy with the experience

Everything about the property is elegant. Perhaps the best location in mount abu. The gardens are huge, beautiful and well maintained. The common areas, lobbies, staircase all provide an antique vibe. We stayed in the grand suite, which is a beautifully designed room, with a private outdoor space. The restaurant is very classic. Menu is limited, but we liked the food. Overall it was a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

A beautiful serene place to stay if you are visiting mount abu. It’s the summer palace of maharaj of bikaner which is now converted into a Palace Hotel (Bikaner House), A Heritage Hotel. The property offers very good rooms, excellent food, and extremely courteous staff who would help you with everything with a smile.

The property is spread in a huge area with a peaceful and green environment. superb landscape, away from the city hustle. The food is very good. Breakfast has limited options but overall it's good. WiFi is very bad and can be improved a lot. housekeeping is very good with clean towels.

Excellent place to stay with family and friends. Calm and serene environment. Mm t displays a gym in amenities but there is none abu is not a big city ao most of the places are nearby. Reception can arrange cab and staff at the restaurant are awesome

Wonderful stay. Excellent service and gesture by mr. Mahipal and on reception shweta ji. I had very pleasant stay. I am very happy and would recommend this place to everyone who want peaceful stay around greenery and awesome views.
