Room was not cleaned properly. Mattress and kambal were very old. Ventilation was not proper. Bathroom door was broken from inside. No almirah was available in room. Locality was also not upto the mark.

Hopeless Service, no staff availability, water was served in small glasses in resturant stating they dont have regular size glasses in resturant, food was below average, everytime after calling reception i had to physically go to reception to ask for reply, room was not done/served/cleaned after repititive instructions, and there are many more..... In all.... A horrible experience.... Do not opt for this.....

Its not a resort, it's a small hotel with little bit garden only &only 18-20 smallest room. Very poorer room facilities no napkin, no hungers, room rent is very high. It is totaly isolated area. Far away from maut bus stop

Worse experience ever ever had, reception staff and owner of the resort are very unprofessional, very rude behavior not guest friendly. Restaurant staff very rude, not cooperative at all. Rude behavior. Room had used bedsheet, smelly room. Did not provide basic amenities of washroom. Room ac not working and refused to repair ac and replace room. Worse experience in 30 years.
