Book Luxury Hotels in Mount Abu

Good property with worst services. We booked 3 rooms for 2N/3d but they allotted rooms not located within main building. Their answered that we allocated those rooms because your booking is through Makemytrip. If you book directly than only we will a lot rooms of your choice . . WiFi is limited to lobby area and doesn’t cover rooms and not only this but WiFi was never providing internet service They refused to provide food orders to rooms. Only after our logic that they haven’t mentioned anywhere that “it’s no room service hotel “ so it’s breach of service contract. Breakfast time starts from 8:30 am which is to late for tourists who wish to go early for sightseeing. Not only this but they actually starts breakfast service by @9:00 am only. Check out time 9:00 am whereas check-in is 12:00 pm meaning hotel doesn’t provide 24 hour stay for room tariffs guest pay. Not a good value for money.

They made us wait for more than an houfor check in, we booked for three, we had to ask for towel, bed, glass, water, cupetc. There were very few options in breakfast and no dessert was served in breakfast, they cancellednour electronic card for our room 4 hours prior to our check out, overall worst experience

Room was better than 3 star and were clean . The facilities and location were also good.

I have never seen this kind of hotel. Even I don't know why makemytrip include this hotel suggestions in their list for mount abu. It's not safe place. I will suguest everyone that please don't ever book this.

If you are looking for luxury and willing to shell out for same, this is right place to be. "Quietude" and "Clean Fresh Air" are usp of this place. It is located in a quiet sprawling green area, though not very far from the main market and lake. Better if you have pvt vehicle. Suites, with a sit-out, are huge, spacious and equipped with latest amenities. The staff is well trained to take care of your needs. Food is also good, though pricey. Suggestions for improvement ;. 1. Renovation needed. 2. Increased time of food availability. 3. More facilities like badminton, TT room etc.

Location is not goodthe hotel room is good swimming pool is small. Room service is good cleansers is good hotel staff is good

Myself & my family stayed in Mount view hotel due to close distance from main market and lake We had very bad experience at every aspects during our stay. The Air Conditioner was functioning properly. Bathroom is dirty with drainage smell. Door locks main door and bathroom was create problems . We have brake fast included in stay but that was not good. Air conditioning not was not working in that area even fans was not working. 1 star hotel The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty . Not suggest to Friend for stay
