Hotel Udai Garh ( Only For Family and Couple's )

it was great experience in term of location of the property, view was beautiful as the property is located on the hill and market and nakki lake was nearby, services were average and could be better, though haven't fount any amenities and room was very average, it should be better mainly main door and the bed.

Nice place, Staff is very Supportive.

Location is beautiful, food is great, price is good rooms are clean, u r on holiday enjoy, just don't compare.

The good things are its location, views and peace. However, some hygiene factors need to be addressed. They don't even have dental kits, moisturizer etc. Water from geyzer was coming dirty. Got a plastic glass to drink water which had its rim burnt, probably someone did this with a cigarette. They simply switched off my room's light connection to see that i leave the room on time. A call to confirm is the norm i suppose. Not worth the money spent!

Room was comfortable. Weather was cold ( feb) but adequate comforters were provided. Hotel is walking distance from market and eating places. Service was good and with a smile. Restaurant has tasty food. Hotel provides hot water only between 7am and 1 pm. It would be good to have hot water in the evening as well.

Scenery view from hotel is good but in winter time room heater is necessary which they have not provided rest of hospitality is good also hotel price is high. Thank you

I booked for 3 days but only stayed there for 1 day. Hotel was not good. Room pictures were not adequate so when i reached the hotel i got really disappointed. Dirty linen, congested washroom, room balcony was accessible from outside room also. Staff was really rude. No toiletries were provided by hotel. Hot water is available only from 9 am to 1 pm. Bed is broken. Furniture kept in room loke almirah has cobwebs, chairs are so dirty that you wouldn't want to sit on them, we feared they had bad bugs in them. Main door of room had no inbuilt locks. I can go on for issues that i faced during my 1 day stay here. Hotel owner was polite but hos politeness didn't ease my stay there. So, i had to check-out before my check-out date. I got so disheartened that i decided to return from mount abu to my home driving for 14 hours. Booking this hotel was a nightmare. Pols don't book it if you love hygiene and quite space.

Overall our experience was good. Hotel charges was on higher side. Pest control should have been done since we saw few spiders within the room.

It is a good property in mount abu. Myself and family enjoyed a lot. Good staff and food.

Rooms are not as per shown. As well break fast should be having detailed menu w. R. T price charged for the hotel.

Stay was comfortable as the location was great with a complete view of mt abu. Facility could have been upgraded with better maintenance and approach to add the wow factor

Place is good. No taxi or transport is available. Clean n hygiene is ok lawn n garden was beautiful. Food taste is good

Attendees at the hotel are very helpful as well food, breakfast n tea or coffee is excellent in quality n quantity as well. What i love most is the view in rainy n foggy day.

The stay was excellent, staff was good, very good location, will consider this hotel for the future stay.
